Summary

JCR purchased Antelope Square from Seritage in Q2 2023. The center was neglected at acquisition and 81.6% occupied. JCR put into place a cost efficient, aesthetic renovation, new roof and aggressive leasing strategy to bring the center to 100% occupancy in less than 18 months.
