Joseph Reger, founder and principal of the JCR Companies is responsible for acquisitions and strategic growth of the company. Since inception of JCR in 2009, Reger has built a diverse portfolio of irreplaceable retail assets in 11 states with a concentration in the Mid-Atlantic and Mountain States. Reger’s prior experience includes acquisitions, investments sales and real estate investment banking. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, serves on the Logan Health Whitefish hospital board and supports a myriad of charities and organizations across the country.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Drew, Chief Operating Officer at the JCR Companies, is responsible for overseeing leasing and management of the company’s approximately 1,000,000-square-foot portfolio and is a member of JCR’s acquisition, disposition, and financing teams. Drew has been with JCR since August 2012 and, as part of his tenure, has driven revenue through aggressive leasing strategies, efficient management oversight, and sourcing new investments, and assisting in the development of talent and corporate strategy. Prior to joining JCR, Drew was engaged in leasing and managing a 450,000-square-foot retail shopping center portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Drew is proud to be a Certified Property Manager and an Accredited Commercial Manager certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management and a CCIM designee with the CCIM Institute. In addition, Drew is Argus Software Certified (ASC Enterprise), a platform used throughout the industry for due diligence modeling. A native to Northern Virginia, he is licensed to practice real estate throughout the DC Metro area. Drew holds a degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer for JCR Companies, Seth oversees the corporate and property accounting function including investor and lender reporting and analysis, internal controls, tax and audit planning, cash management, lease administration and accounting in connection with acquisitions and dispositions. Seth has over 10 years of corporate and property management accounting experience in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining JCR, Seth has served in accounting management roles for Transwestern, Tishman Speyer, Blake Real Estate and Atlantic Realty Companies where he has provided a full range of accounting services in both the wholly owned and 3rd party sectors. Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration with a concentration in Marketing from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA as well as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. Seth is currently a CPA candidate in the state of Maryland.
KENNETH DUGGAN

Director of Lease Administration
As Portfolio Accountant for JCR Companies, Kenneth is primarily responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, monthly financial statement preparation along with general support to the Controller. In addition, Kenneth supports the property management, leasing and executive teams with all company deliverables. Kenneth has over 12 years of experience in the commercial property management accounting industry.

Prior to joining JCR, Kenneth has held accounting roles with increasing levels of responsibility for First Washington Realty, Douglas Development, Federal Realty and most recently as Accounts Payable Manager at Blake Real Estate.
KELSEY DEBAUN

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Kelsey DeBaun is the Senior Property Manager at the JCR Companies and has been with the company since 2019. Kelsey is responsible for the day to day operations of the commercial real estate portfolio, working hand in hand with the property management and accounting team. Her responsibilities include collecting rent, tenant relations, and handling issues at the properties. Kelsey also works closely with tenants to resolve any CAM Reconciliation concerns. Kelsey received her bachelor’s from Radford University in 2016. Prior to joining the JCR Companies, Kelsey held a position on a major retailer’s procurement team.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Corey Cannon is Property Manager at the JCR Companies and has been with the company since 2023. Corey is responsible for a variety of management responsibilities including accounts payable and receivable efficiencies, physical issue resolution and tenant relations. His role revolves around maintaining and operating the portfolio of properties at the highest level. Prior to joining the JCR companies, Corey represented clients in the residential client industry and has been involved in the real estate sector since 2013.

2015JCR divests all legacy apartment buildings and office properties and focuses exclusively on investing and operating shopping centers
2016JCR invests outside of the mid-Atlantic in Florida

2017JCR eclipses 1 million sq ft. of shopping center assets under management
