June 13, 2012:  The JCR Companies sells the Alta Retail Condos on 14th Street to an undisclosed buyer for $610 per square foot.  JCR acquired the property in early 2010 for under $400 per square foot and sold the property after negotiated a lease with one of the property’s retail tenants.  “We are long term holders and see more velocity on our retail portfolio north of Massachusetts Avenue” stated Joe Reger, Managing Partner
