The JCR Companies announces the acquisition of 1526 14th Street and a strategic partnership with First Financial Holding Corporation.
The 7,338 square-foot, trophy retail property is located in the vibrant 14th Street Corridor in Washington D.C. and is currently occupied by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams, a national high end furniture and accessories showroom. The asset was acquired with low leverage, long-term debt with Eagle Bank Corporation. “The asset is irreplaceable and demonstrates our core focus of acquiring great real estate in great markets” claimed Joseph Reger, managing director of the JCR Companies.
The JCR Companies formed a partnership with First Financial Holding (FFH) in early 2009. FFH is a real estate investment corporation based in Washington D.C.
